E36: Hey Bear!:
The Story Behind the Photograph.
This week’s episode covers the story behind a sweet image I captured of a mama bear in Glacier National Park. It was a beautiful moment viewing this amazing creature and also had me realizing the importance of bears and other animals in the ecosystem.
Come along with me as I tell the story of how I, and about 30 other park visitors and rangers helped to protect this mama bear and her two little cubs. We’ll also explore a bit about their importance to the health of the environment and how we as human beings benefit from it.
Punchline: our wellness is connected to the health of our environment.
I hope you enjoy learning about bears and Glacier National Park as much as I did! Sarah ❤️❤️

E34: Discomfort and Beauty Can Co-exist: The Story Behind the Photograph.
“All of us are confronted with negativity, but focusing on something beautiful can help you shift your mind to a more positive place.” Jay Shetty - Calm
Have you ever been in a situation where you’re not feeling well and/or you’re feeling some kind of discomfort… and then you notice something beautiful around you and you automatically feel better?
Well, that’s what happened to me on a boat trip in rough waters this last Fall in Portugal. I was really sea sick… yet, immersed in so much beauty I couldn’t resist clicking my camera… and it made me feel better, doing so!
In this episode I’ll share the story behind the photograph, that I captured in Portugal on the beautiful Algarve Coast.
My hope is to inspire you, the next time you’re not feeling well, to look at the beauty all around you, which could help you feel better, just like it did for me!
Sarah ❤️❤️

E32: Using Beauty to Create Joy:
Four Ways to Unlock the Power.
Have you noticed how loud it is out there? Lots of distractions, and oh my goodness, does the negative news keep coming.
But did you know that we all have something amazing at our fingertips to generate ease and calm?
Yep. We do. And the best part? It’s free, and it’s always accessible. (We just need to learn how to use it.)
Do you want to know what it is?
It’s the power of beauty!
Over the last few years, I’ve made it a priority to incorporate more beauty in my life and it’s been amazing to feel the healing benefits of it.
I’ve gone from depressed and stressed (picture wine on Sunday nights just to ease the pain of facing Monday) to calm and full of joy (traveling the world, soaking up beauty).
What did I change? I learned how much beauty heals.
I want the same for you.
In this episode, I share four simple ways to unlock the power of beauty to create joy. I can’t wait for you to hear and incorporate into your life!
E31: Alignment Like an Orchestra:
The Beauty of “Sing me a Story”
with Austin Atteberry.
“I think music in itself is healing. It's an explosive expression of humanity. It's something we are all touched by. No matter what culture we're from, everyone loves music.” - Billy Joel
“Sing Me A Story” is doing amazing work in a beautiful way, bringing together people all over the world to create music utilizing children’s stories.
Their mission quoted from their website is “to serve deserving families in need through the imaginative stories of their children and the power of music.
With the help of songwriters, we create music inspired by the creative stories of children. These songs and stories remind us all of how much we have in common, raise awareness and financial aid for nonprofits around the world and, most of all, provide families with an unforgettable experience that brings joy and healing.”
This conversation with Executive Director and Co-Founder, Austin Atteberry is bound to leave you completely inspired… from the very beginning of how Austin created Sing Me A Story with his now wife, Sara to the process by which SMAS has gone through to bring together several people to build this beautiful community creating this music and incredible experiences, their story is amazing! The social impact is incredible!
Have a listen and then head on over to www.singmeastory.org to hear the music and see the video coverage of the songs in the making. So touching! .
